All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and shipping destination.

Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Returns & Refunds

You may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order will likely have entered processing and cannot be canceled.

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control may occur and are not the responsibility of aeropress.
