1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Clearance or final sale products
• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized items

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at favorbalaamhd734@gmail.com and provide photos of the item for verification.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact our customer service promptly for cancellation requests.
